Some people are hat people, and I happen to be one of them.
Hats are the ultimate blending of function and style.
They are the perfect way to protect my pale, freckled skin from the sun, gloss over a frizzy hair day or provide a brim of privacy on mornings when exhaustion takes over.
Floppy hats, especially, do the trick for me. They add a touch of relaxed dignity to any outfit, whether you’re in a maxi dress bound for the beach or strolling to get your morning latte.
(They also play well into the gearing-up 70s trend we have on our hands for spring and summer!)

The Return of the Fedora -Spring Summer 2011
For women the fedora is the perfect spring and summer accessory. "I be killin' em" when I rock my edgier fedoras....they should be worn with a pop of color - not the standard bland & neutral tones. Celebs prefer the hat in straw or other light materials...
